While browsing through the Magnum Collection on Artstor, this image caught my eye because it gave me a sense of childhood. Everyone in the image is actively participating in the scene, which makes the viewer almost wish to join. The contains documentary evidence of the three central women and the person in the background being involved in church functions, and the appearance of that year's costumes. What is even more important, in my opinion, is how the image conveys the joy of the three women dressed as angels.
